How it Works
Questions People Actually Ask
How is this different from a typical business coach?
No proprietary framework, no methodology with a name. You do most of the talking. I listen until I’m genuinely useful, then say what the people around you are too close to say.
What size business is this actually for?
Size is 10–100 people. UK or international, mostly remote. Usually a founder who’s become the bottleneck, or someone newly stepping into a CEO or ownership role.
How long does it typically take?
Most clients see a shift within weeks, not months, the acquisition and website examples on the home page happened in days once the right question was asked. Ongoing engagements usually run 6–18 months depending on what’s changing in the business.
What if I’m not sure coaching is right for me yet?
